The installer was very professional and worked quickly, neatly and was tidy. I was surprised how quickly the heating was installed. If I had any questions, I asked the installer and he then explained the reply fully. I felt nervous about all the technical things but was re-assured and given a phone number to ring if any problems. Overall I am satisfied with the installer.

The standard of workmanship was excellent. Everything on the schedule was carried out and the installers were very friendly and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone . There is a problem with the installed system in that frequent bleeding of the system is required. This has already been checked and was thought to be do to the system settling down. This has not been the case, and it is not certain that the new installation is the cause of the problem. The problem is manageable but does require further investigation. I will contact the installer again after the seasonal festivities are over.

Dear Sir, Madame     I just wanted to inform about my experience with the fitting of my central heating by Govan Gas. From start to finish I had no end of help from the pleasant lady on the other end of my phone calls, to the installer of my Central heating system. I felt that I had to write to you about this matter as people are only to quick to complain but are lapse on their complements & having the whole house in turmoil for a week is not my idea of fun but all I can was that Gary has been absolutely brilliant & I would appreciate if it was noted please.     From day one Gary went through every step of the procedure & answered any questions, patiently without fail so I felt quite at ease to leave him & his assistants to get on with the job without a worry. He never stopped for lunch or to complain as I know that he felt unwell at times but he just kept on working. His manners were impeccable & to be quite honest, that is a very rare trait in todays society so it was a pleasure to meet him, if only for a week.     I would appreciate it if this email was passed on to a Senior in Govan Gas please as I feel that they should be informed about the positive feedback for employees instead of the negative. The gentleman that did the work in our house was more than fantastic.(He was called Joe) His workmanship could not be faulted in anyway.He cleaned up after everything he did. He came when he said he would, he worked whilst having a cup of tea. He put himself out to please us and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say he was just wonderful to us. You arr lucky to have such a man in your employment. He is a gem. Joe was a pleasure to have here he never stopped working. I would recommend this man to anyone and everyone, in fact he could come to live with us.

Happy in the way the situation over the removal of the back boiler was handled. Having especially asked about it and was told
that it would be drilled and disconnected and told that it could then be used. ? work being carried out told that

I think the installer should sit down for 30 mins to explain how to work the system. Unfortunately we had a very slight leak on the Saturday morning after they finished Friday evening. I rang Saturday morning and spoke to Sue the manageress. She was brilliant and explained how to work the room temperature thermostat, which we did not know how to use. Leak repaired morning. No problem.

The gas fitted did a very good job I would recommend him to anyone.
