Happy in the way the situation over the removal of the back boiler was handled. Having especially asked about it and was told
that it would be drilled and disconnected and told that it could then be used. ? work being carried out told that
back boiler had to be removed and no replacement put into fireplace, they have now been rectified and work now satisfactory.

I think the installer should sit down for 30 mins to explain how to work the system. Unfortunately we had a very slight leak on the Saturday morning after they finished Friday evening. I rang Saturday morning and spoke to Sue the manageress. She was brilliant and explained how to work the room temperature thermostat, which we did not know how to use. Leak repaired morning. No problem.

Govan Gas fantastic job Jamie and Jason who worked for them were fantastic lads. Govan gas are fantastic firm polite, friendly like a family it wasn't like strangers in your home but a family thanks to Jason. The gas fitted did a very good job I would recommend him to anyone. Not so the electrician who did not arrive anywhere near the right time and day and has left me with bare wires hanging lose in cupboard which are dark and did not take much time to explain the room thermostat or the heating controls over all the company is very good.
